ITALIAN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE COURSES
The Italian language and culture courses, divided into levels from A1 (breakthrough) to C2 (mastery) in keeping with the criteria laid down by the Common European Framework of Reference for Modern Languages of the Council of Europe are held by teachers specialized in T.I.F.L. (Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language), highly qualified and experienced.
Students can start on any Monday and are to sit for an entrance test to find out which level is right for them.

This course combines the pleasure of learning a language in group and practice it actively, exploring real-life topics. In each level the four main skills are developed (listening, speaking, reading and writing) aiming at communicative effectivness. The course generally last a month. 5 days (4 hrs/day) in the morning or in the afternoon.
If the minimum number of 4 students is not reached, Italiano in tanti automatically turns into Italiano in pochi.

italiano in pochi* (2-3 students)Ideal for those who have special interests, this course is flexible enough to suit your needs, at the same time allowing a more direct and personal involvement. For small groups of friends with homogeneous competence in Italian, it is also possible to organize tailor-made courses. 5 days (4 hrs/day) in the morning or in the afternoon.
italiano con brio*Conceived for those who need to learn Italian as fast as possible, this course offers a chance to choose between a group course (Italiano in tanti or Italiano in pochi) and add individual hours to delve into particular aspects of the Italian language and culture (chosen by the student): grammar, conversation, reading, art, archaeology, literature, cuisine...
Attendance: 5 days (4 hrs/day) in the morning + as many individual hrs/week in the afternoon as the student want.
Cost: Italiano in tanti or Italiano in pochi (depending on which one you choose) plus € 25 per hour.
italiano con calma* (8 students minimum)
If you have time restrictions because you are in Genova for work or study, you can improve or simply refresh your Italian at a slower pace: 30 hours over 15 weeks (1 class per week), in the afternoon or in the evening, € 200.

Individual lessons are offered for those with a specific interest in the Italian language and need a personalized instruction. Duration, frequency and contents of the course are agreed upon by the student and the teacher. Price per hour: € 28.

Italian for yacht crews*Located at walking distance from the Genova harbour, amalelingue organizes tailor made courses for yacht crews. Duration, frequency and contents of the course to be agreed
upon starting from the real needs of the students.
3 classes per week, 2 hrs each, in the late afternoon.
Every class lasts 55 minutes.
